Hi!

So I know most of the time the hardest part about being healthy is developing a meal plan of some sort. Over the last three years I have been working with girls personally on month long meal plans and fitness guides and the response has been amazing!  I love getting the before and after pictures and hearing that you guys begin to develop new eating habits while still enjoying yourselves SO I wanted to start offering some of my month long meal suggestions to you all 

FOR $25.00!

I normally would charge for these plans anywhere from $50.00 - $150.00 but I want to make things easier for you. 

When you feel like you are ready, you may open up month one and get started with breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner meals planned out for you for the next 4 weeks!

All the meals and snacks are things that i would eat MEANING that they are made for people that are on a budget, in a hurry, and want to eat CLEAN. 

I have measurements for the meals but if you still feel hungry I would suggest upping the portions. It is up to you.

The main idea is that you get some ideas and have a guide to follow if you would like! I hope this is helpful!

<<< Honestly, I enjoy working out and the plan was like having my own personal trainer! The more difficult part for me was the meal plan. You made it very easy to follow, but i would have slip ups do to my social life.. Besides my not following the meal plan completely, I found that avocados were my holy grail! avocado made me excited to spice up my meals! thank you so much! i feel stronger , i just need to work on my eating clean.
