All meal plans follow a pescatarian based diet meaning that they exclude all animal meat with the exception of fish.

Meat and animal proteins are NOT good for us ladies! They cause serious bloat that you might not even realize that you are holding on to.

Animal protein takes longer to digest (I'm talking DAYS) so, before whatever meat you eat gets digested, you eat another meal which now has to wait it's turn to get digested.
