Um, so you just worked 5 hours, you have a 30 minute break, and another 5 hours of work to look forward to....and your options for break food... ARE. FUCKING. WHAACK.
This is totally how I used to be. I would eat whatever because I knew that I would run it off in soccer practice. BUT when I had to quit soccer and I kept eating whatever I wanted, the pounds STACKED ON.
My roomies and I ALWAYS have like a million ugly plastic containers on the counter ranging from pre workout to post workout to protein powders and superfoods. We try to put them away but seriously we use them everyday so they just end up on the counter taking up SO much space and I was just over it.
